What You Need to Know Pre-Arrival...

  • Reservations must be held with a credit/debit card or gift card.
  • Can’t make it? Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid an appointment charge.
  • Arrive a minimum of fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate the time you have remaining.
  • We supply lockers and other amenities, but ask that you not bring any valuables with you as we cannot guarantee their safety.
  • Please respect your fellow spa-goers by silencing your cell phone upon arrival.
  • We guarantee your satisfaction by providing the highest level of service in the industry. If we fall short at any time during your time with us, we not only welcome your suggestions and feedback; we appreciate it.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive full refund.
  • Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
  • Gratuities are appreciated, encouraged and preferred in cash and cannot be paid with remaining Gift Card balances.
  • There is an option to pre-pay gratuity at the time of purchasing a gift card and is separate from the Gift Card amount.
  • Infants and small children are not permitted into the spa for their safety and other clients for our commitment to providing a relaxing environment to all guests.
